What Are Digital Stickers
Digital stickers are a photo file of multiple different types. They can be templates or icons based on genres.
Templates
Templates can be used as your forms for your months, weeks and days. They generally offer an outline that you fill out. The beauty of using templates instead of buying pre-formatted pages is that it gives more flexibility.
For example, during the school year you may need a more to do lists or even an hour by hour schedule for your day, and then during the summer you need more of a memory based style template to document your vacations.
There are also templates to hold recipes, goals and diaries!
Icons
The icon stickers are more of your traditional style of stickers that you would buy in a sheet at the store. The beauty of digital stickers is that you can use them as many times as you would like throughout the years.
These icons can be based on seasons, holidays, events and decorations.
Another great aspect of digital stickers is the lack of space they take up in your life. No more drawers of stickers that you get one use out of. These stickers live in your device and are easily searchable to quick access.
How to Download Your New Stickers from Etsy
Once you have purchased your digital stickers, there will be a “View your files” link that will take you to the “Downloads” page.
(If you do not have an Etsy account, you can find a download link within the receipt email.)
IMPORTANT: You cannot download digital files from the Etsy app, you must open Etsy in a web browser to save them.
How to Add Stickers to Your Digital Planner/Journal
- Save your digital downloads to your camera roll from the Files app on your iPad by selecting, “Share”, then “Save To Camera Roll”.
- Open the digital planner app.
- Add stickers to the page as an image.
Pre-cropped stickers have a transparent background, this way you can add them on top of other aspects of the page without the white behind it.
